The land being sold in square inches is located in Thatcher, Colorado, right across the highway from the Pinon Canyon Maneuver Site.

As you can see on the map below, the acre is right on the historic Santa Fe Trail. During the 1860s this land was the location of the Historic Bloom Land and Cattle Company.
